The Law Office of Joshua J. Goldstein, P.C. intends this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

We have built this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means text meets contrast requirements against its background, every function can be reached and operated by keyboard alone, images carry text alternatives, form fields carry labels that assistive technology can read, headings follow a logical order, and the site remains usable when magnified or when text is enlarged.

We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. These tools do not remediate the underlying markup that assistive technology reads.
